Cupcake Aly is owned and operated by Alyssia (Aly) Chapman and was born out of her need to get her GF sweet treat fix! Aly found that she is wheat and gluten intolerant and due to her genetic makeup, predisposed to diabetes. Her thought was "If I'm having all these issues and still want something sweet and satisfying, there have to be others too!"
The Adventure Begins...
After making at least a million cupcakes for her niece, Amber's wedding (okay, really about 200), Aly began searching high and low for just the right ingredients that would pass the taste, smell, texture and consistency test (aka the "yummy factor"). She conducted lots of recipe experiments on herself and willing friends as guinea pigs and soon Cupcake Aly was launched!
Moving Toward You
With each recipe, different ingredients were used to produce the perfect results, which are not just taste, but benefit for diabetics and those with food allergies or sensitivities. 2017 Update
Since launching Cupcake Aly 6 years ago, we have expanded our offerings considerably. We now offer many more flavors of cupcakes, have a bevy of brownie flavors, have added bark and confections, several more jam flavors, mini meals (Beefcakes!), mobile meal program, appetizers and other savory products.
