In response to this need, we developed our cupcakes and other baked goods to allow you to finally enjoy a guilt-free, scrumptious treat while not affecting your glycemic index! How? We use Xylitol and Erythritol, which are sugar alcohols derived from Birch trees and corn, respectively. No cane, refined or agave sugars; no HFCS; no syrups, "quasi-raw" sugar or artificially sweetened fruit juices of any kind, so you can be sure you won't get awful that "sugar spike" -- just pure pleasure in every bite!

Our fruits are always fresh, never canned and we use no preservatives or additives so our products are delivered to you with that just-baked wholesome flavor you will love!

We use pure, unsweetened 100% cacao from the finest chocolate sources worldwide. We do this so that we can control the amount and kind of sweetener, avoiding any refined sugars in our products. Our nutmeats are grown and produced by organic US nut growers and our flours are sourced from known organic producers who use minimal processing while preserving the flours' precious nutrients.
This kind of care and quality is what sets us far and above the ordinary baker.
